Delivery times depend solely on the external company that provides delivery services to the website. There may also be delays in the arrival of the courier in the case of remote locations: Eilat, the Arava settlements, settlements beyond the Green Line, and the Golan Heights.

Returning products/canceling a transaction

Customers who order on the website have the right to return products within 14 business days, provided that they are in their original packaging and in good condition.
